The Face of the Group opposing Amendment 3, "Stop the Ban," Is Working for Communist China Against Missouri
Even the Post-Dispatch reports it: former Missouri Supreme Court Chief Justice Mike Wolff, the face of the campaign against Amendment 3, is being paid to represent Communist China against the state of Missouri in our $24 billion lawsuit over COVID-19. He is also moonlighting as the spokesman for a Planned Parenthood affiliated group trying to stop Amendment 3's restoration of legal protections for Missouri's women.
Planned Parenthood bankrolled and campaigned for the 2024 Amendment 3.
Article 1, Section 36, Subsection 5 of the Current Missouri Constitution states:
"No person shall be penalized, prosecuted, or otherwise subjected to adverse action based on their actual, potential, perceived, or alleged pregnancy outcomes, including but not limited to miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion. Nor shall any person assisting a person in exercising their right to reproductive freedom with that person's consent be penalized, prosecuted, or otherwise subjected to adverse action for doing so."
What this means is that if a woman has a surgical or chemical abortion, she can't sue the abortion provider.
The new 2026 Amendment 3, that replaces Article 1, Section 36 with revised text restores women's right to sue when they are victims of botched abortions. Here is Section 3 of the new and proposed 2026 Amendment 3:
"The general assembly may enact laws that regulate the provision of abortions, abortion facilities, and abortion providers to ensure the health and safety of the pregnant mother. These laws shall include, but not be limited to, laws requiring physicians providing abortion care to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital; laws requiring facilities where abortions are performed or induced to be licensed and inspected for clean and safe conditions and adequate instruments to treat any emergencies arising from an abortion procedure; laws requiring physicians to perform a sufficient examination of the woman to determine the unborn child's gestational age and any preexisting medical conditions that may influence the procedure; and laws requiring ultrasounds to be performed only by physicians or licensed medical technicians."
In the same way this man is helping the Chinese Communists avoid responsibility for the thousands of Missourians who died from the Wuhan laboratory COVID-19 leak, he is helping Planned Parenthood avoid responsibility when it botches abortions. He's been working to keep Communist China from paying for what COVID did to Missourians. Now he's working to keep Planned Parenthood from answering for botched abortions and free it to sell transgender procedures to minors.
