Protect Missouri’s Children from Transgender Surgeries and Procedures! Help Pass Amendment 3

Missouri’s children are inundated with messages and propaganda encouraging them to identify as transgender. These messages come from social media, St. Louis County public libraries, and suburban St. Louis K-12 public schools. Progressives and Democrats who control educational institutions, teachers’ unions, libraries, and social media platforms have been highly effective. Their success is creating a growing market for transgender surgeries and hormones—treatments that are irreversible and can leave children sterile.

That is why we must pass Amendment 3.

A study by the Williams Institute at the UCLA School of Law estimates that the number of transgender-identifying children in Missouri grew by nearly 500% in just eight years. You can compare the 2017 study with the 2025 study to see the sharp increase in Missouri.

Visit our website to read articles documenting how St. Louis-area public school districts promote transgender ideology. Schools actively promote LGBTQ+ ideology, and once a student begins identifying as a different gender at school, school staff at major districts such as Kirkwood, Mehlville, and Webster Groves will withhold that information from parents.

Uncontrolled social media access to minors is a major factor, but the St. Louis County libraries also play a role. The St. Louis County Library system held events at multiple locations during June that included the following programs for children:

-Rainbow Party – Ages 6–11

A party celebrating self-love, diversity, and inclusion. Fabulous attire encouraged.

St. Louis County Oak Bend Library

- Pride Makeup Tutorial – Ages 12–17

Learn tips and tricks to perfect your look for Pride.

St. Louis County Weber Road Library

 Friday, June 12, 2026, 3:30 PM

- Rainbow Dance Party – Ages 0–5

Celebrate LGBTQ+ musicians while we dance and play.

St. Louis County Florissant Valley Library

If you doubt these events are funded with your tax dollars, a scanned image of the brochure is available at this link.

By banning these interventions for minors, we can spare many young people a lifetime of regret.  A recent study, Development of Gender Non-Contentedness During Adolescence and Early Adulthood, found that 78% of children who experience gender non-contentedness grow out of it. This is the primary reason many seek transgender surgeries and procedures.
